Poor customer experience
Poor customer experience. I requested to cancel the Order No.BA18K24N0120-0F7FTR several times,after posting a review, Adene placed the relevant order on hold and requested me to confirm that I wanna cancel the order. I replied Adene two days ago that I want to cancel it for sure, but there has not been taken any action so far. -------------- Sent: Hi Adene, Thanks for your response and for putting the relevant order on hold. Yes, I want to cancel the relevant order for sure. Kindly cancel it as soon as possible and refund me or release my paypal payment. Thanks in advance. Vladimir
