Easy shipping but watch out for problems!
Shipping is generally very easy but if there is a problem you can not count on them to fight for you or back you up in ANY way. This has happened to me TWICE in situations where I KNEW I had correct information prior to and after shipping. I got virtually no help at all. Just, "this is the way the shipping company works. You must provide proof of your position in order to resolve this issue". This would have meant literally filming every step of my packing and shipping BEFORE shipping the packages and knowing that there would be a problem. Who in their right mind would anticipate this? The date of my experience is not accurate because I can't remember exactly when these incidents occurred. Other then that, every word is true.
