Impossible to cancel membership
I signed up for Alivemoment in March, used it for a month and tried to cancel my membership in April. You cannot reach a person to talk to and have to use their Chat to cancel. I get a response from them that my membership has been cancelled...but it wasn't and I still get billed every month since then. I have tried to cancel every month with no success. TOTAL SCAM! They owe me $180.00.
