Delivery Scam
Had an issue where the delivery driver, for the company dhgate chose to deliver, marked a package (obviously not my package containing my items) as delivered. The driver took a blurry pic as proof of delivery. Ive not once had a blurry delivery photo used as proof of delivery. Ive tried to get my money back for those purchases to no avail. I even contacted the company to which I paid for shipping insurance. They were of no use. I also contacted dhGate when the issue happened, of course they werent of any help either, so idk why they replied for me to contact their customer service. Their dispute resolution is a joke.
