Would have been easily 5 stars if not for the initial case. old review - Customer Support Mark appears to be either uneducated or unqualified for his role. His English proficiency seems poor, and his attitude toward customers is rude. If Mark is unhappy in his current position, he should consider pursuing a different career path, perhaps one more manual in nature, such as street maintenance or pavement sweeping, where professional customer interaction is less critical.
