Poor delivery letting down an otherwise useful service
Good choice of products but let down by poor delivery. Despite someone being in the house specifically to receive delivery, the doorbell was not rung. Furthermore the delivery person completely ignored the standing instructions that we had given to leave the item inside the front porch, and instead it was left outside, in full view of the street.
