Constant treatment interruptions
My treatment is constantly interrupted due to shipment delays from the pharmacy. They dispense on schedule but ship USPS. My refill is over two weeks late and Joyous continues to charge their "subscription" even though I have no medication. USPS hasn't scanned the box in over ten days, but joyous will do nothing for their patient. This has happened numerous times and I'm going to the medical board.
