Worst ever customer service
I ordered a Wi-Fi doorbell. It will not power up. I requested a returns bag, Newfrog wanted a video of it not working. I explained that the video would not show anything, and that because I use a smart TV. was no way of showing or sending a file. Again they requested me to load a file to YouTube. I explained that yet again that could not do this. They asked again for a video. I have now requested a refund via my credit card company. Do not buy from this company!
