They ignore my complaint. Partial shipment
Most of the orders I placed with Tom Top came in as expected or even better. The last two shipments have had problems. The etcher had broken loose from its mount. Was poorly packed. The next order was to contain two Doorbell cameras and a device to read codes from the car. I got one camera and the OBD device. The camera that came was not one that I ordered and the more expensive one was not even in the shipment. I have written twice about this and have gotten no response from Tom Top. It appears that they are ignoring me to keep the money sent and not send the product.
