Review changed..
I was finally contacted by dresslily saying I would get a refund.but it upsets me it had to come down to a bad review before being offered a refund. But I am thankful for the help . Still not sure how my old address got in the system because I order online ALL the time and yet the first time I order from a different company a 4 yr old address got in the mix..smh.
