Being a first time buyer
Being a first time buyer, I ordered 16 Diamond Painting Kits because you were having a sale, BUY 1 and GET 1 25% off. But, I did NOT receive the discount AS ADVERTISED. Because while shopping, a coupon popped up offering me a discount, so I clicked on it and the coupon went into my cart. But, what I didn't realize it took off the sale price for my BUY 1 and GET 1 25% off items in my cart. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that I was only allowed (1) Promotional Code per order. Well, the sale being offered for the BUY 1 and GET 1 25% off did not require a discount code, therefore, I only used (1) Promotional Code on my order. Had I known they didn't honor the sale price of the BUY 1 and GET 1 25% off, I would not have purchased as many kits as I did. I feel I was taken advantage of and will NOT be ordering from New Frog again! I am also informing all of my family, friends, and social media contacts of my experience.
