Fradulent claim of refunds; terrible quality
Ordered a cardigan. Finished product looked nothing like the web page image--AI enhanced I suspect. Terrible quality, very slow delivery, sizing way off and they resisted giving me the refund promised on their website. Finally after many many emails the offered me a 50% refund.
