Surprised by good customer service, disappointed with quality
With some of the other reviews on here I was a bit scared of their customer service but I'm happy to report I got great customer service. I ordered a shirt and a sweatshirt. The problem wasn't the shipping, they came right on time. It was the quality for the price. I spent almost 50 dollars for very cheap, thin material. Wasn't at all worth the price. I returned it and received my refund today. I had to pay return shipping so keep that in mind but it wasnt too much. If you are going to buy on dresslily, make sure what you are buying is under 10 dollars. At least then it wouldnt be such a loss for cheap and thin material. What you're getting is Wish app quality for more money. I love wish because their stuff is cheap so I don't mind it. Just keep that in mind when shopping. Also keep in mind shipping can take up to a month.
