Response to issue was less than timely
Response to issue was less than timely. After extended exchanges I was informed that a ticket for the issue had been established three days before and it took three more days before access to Internet was available. Currently access is intermittent. I have been a customer for a number of seasons at this location and have become accustomed to the fact that bandwidth is limited and on weekends when occupation is high resources are compromised. Currently less than 10% of the campground is occupied and I have no guarantee of access at any given time. Have better access with my cell phone showing two bars as a hot spot. Really sad
