Will Book Tickets at KTX in Person for Future Trips
Booked three sets of tickets for 2. First trip was great because I could print off tickets. Couldn't download second tickets and KTX couldn't find the reservation. Set 3 was also difficult to download, but after 45 minutes of searching, the talented KTX operator found the reservation and we were able to go. CAUTION! Rail Ninja will not refund unused tickets, even if complaint is made before trip. Plan to book tickets at rail station in the future - much less hassle.
