Don't expect an honest refund!
I ordered a custom made wedding dress which turned out amazing and arrived a few days earlier than expected. So when my mother wanted to treat herself for some shoes for Christmas, I recommended them. We contacted customer service to make sure we were ordering the correct size because she found two pairs she liked. The day they arrived, they did not fit properly so I contacted them. They wanted pictures and then we could either keep the shoes with a partial refund and a 50% voucher. I was then told if the pictures were not sent then their customer review team cannot even credit the account. I asked for a return address and at that point they would not even give me that. I did manage to get a phone number out of them from Hong Kong and you never get through! I will never recommend them to anyone else again. Even after their website states they give refunds but they have been nothing but a hassle and a full refund would have been more appropriate since we were willing to send them back the same day they arrived since they only give you 7 days to return them anyway. Yes, you heard that right. Buy at your own risk here but you have been advised on the returns.
