Do not order from this company
Horrendous experience. This company is definitely a scam. Order from DankGeek instead--they have the same products & same prices but actual customer service! I placed my order & after waiting a week, I didn't get any shipping confirmation or any updates about my order. I began attempting to contact them. When you call, they tell you that they can't give you an order status update on the phone, you have to email. I began emailing almost daily. I think I ended up sending them 8+ emails over the span of a week & none of them received a response. During this time, I was also calling them to express my frustration & twice I was guaranteed an email response by the end of the day. Obviously, those responses never came. Eventually, I felt like I had no other choice other than to call & refuse to hang up until someone refunded my order. I had to get really nasty to their "customer service" reps to get anyone to listen to me, but once someone finally decided to help me, it only took a few minutes to actually cancel & refund the order. The kicker on the whole thing for me is that a few days ago, I open my email & I have 8+ emails from this company. They responded to every single email I sent asking for an order update with the same copied & pasted reply. I'm not sure whose bright idea it was to blow up my inbox 3 weeks after my order was canceled & refunded but they should be fired.
