These three websites, seem to supply items matching those exactly upon both the artssus.com and charmfay.com websites, therefore it may be assumed that all of their garments and accessories are of similarly inferior-quality.
There may be other “organisations” out there, who are not connected with Wymond Limited, but it would seem highly visible that any one of the companies working beneath this banner; offer the same inferior-quality garbage that is not advertised upon their websites.

Fraudsters WIN again!
After a lengthy battle with the representatives of artssus.com and allowing them time as requested to carry out a thorough internal investigation relating to how we were provided with seriously inferior-quality garments and apparel, we were finally offered a 20% discount, on any future purchases made with them.
After wasting £173.78 on clothing items that would fail to sell in our local charity-shop; we have been informed that we would have to return the package to China.
Why should we have to return these items to China, when the company is registered upon Companies House as being based in London?

It would appear that we are not the first “Fools” to fall for this form of scam and will most likely not be the last. That being said however, it is my intention to follow this matter to a suitable outcome and all I might try at this time is to warn other shoppers to avoid these companies at all costs:

Shame that there aren’t “ZERO-STARS”…
Shame that there aren’t “ZERO-STARS” for rating this company.
Finally received our order yesterday and after looking at the images of what we were offered online; we can honestly say that we were waiting for these items eagerly.
As soon as they arrived, we noticed that something was incorrect, by the size of the unopened bag; in which they were delivered.
Within our order, we had placed purchased three Ladies Chunky-Knit cardigans and three Men’s heavy thick hooded sweaters, along with three other things and a final cost of £173.78.
From looking at the alleged quality of the garments on-line; we felt it highly unlikely that the size of the package could have contained two of the items as depicted and described, let alone six plus other items.
Upon opening the package, we quickly found why it seemed to be so small in size, as the heavy-knitted garments we had been shown, were nothing more thin cheap, thin “knock-offs”, which were in no way anything similar to what we had seen upon their website.
The three Ladies Chunky-Knit Cardigans were absolutely nothing like the images shown on their website and we can only describe them as “SERIOUSLY INFERIOR”. Far thinner than they seemed on-line and more machine-processed from recycled plastics than knitted. They are of such poor quality that my wife has not even removed them from their individual packaging; before requesting that we apply for a return and full refund. One of these was not even in the colour or design that she had ordered.
The three Men’s heavy, thick hooded sweaters, also bear absolutely no resemblance to the product images on-line. On-screen they appear to be thick, heavily knitted garments but the actual items; better resembles the thin hooded jackets that gangs of youths wear out around the town – “DISFRACEFUL”.
One of the other items ordered was a Men’s graphic T-shirt, which was identifiable through the “SKU”-number”. The T-shirt that we received was completely different to the one ordered, the “SKU-number” was wrong, as was the colour and the size making it too small to wear.
The final item was a small purse that my wife had ordered and this item was so small within the package, that it has yet to be found. (MISSING FROM ORDER OR NOT INCLIDED PRIOR TO PACKAGING AND SHIPPING)
I can honestly state that this has been one of the most distressing on-line shopping events that I have ever encountered and I only wish that I had taken the time to look upon Trust-Pilot, before “throwing” our money away.
There seems to be a number of sites and companies on-line; that are associated with this “organisation” and I can only assume that they all provide the same despicable levels of service.
I feel that our moneys are lost to us and we are now stuck with these inferior-quality items.
Do yourselves a favour and save your much needed money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
You might be better-off, learning how to knit yourself and making your own.
