No way to process a refund and return
I ordered nine items from your company and wish to return five of them. Unfortunately, I have been unable to generate a return label. Each time I contact customer service, I am sent the same returns link. However, when I enter my order number, the website states that returns are not authorised, so I cannot proceed. This restriction was never made clear when I placed the order. In fact, your online returns policy states that returns are accepted within 30 days.
