Awesome customer service
My Travelpro carryon came with a scratch on it. Also the compare chart online said it was expandable, but it is not. I originally gave them 3 stars based on those 2 issues. Luggagepro’s called me. They fixed the online info and were great about fixing the other issue. Great customer service.
