Unbelievably patient: I spoke with Stacey C and she was so polite and helpful. Managed to get me a massively improved policy despite poor phone line. I didnt feel pressured or self conscious and this is a massive thing for me: when talking about anything private, I struggle but Stacey made it possible. Service was brilliant, Stacey definitely knows how to deliver exceptional customer service, providing options and took the mundane out of the conversation. Thank you Stacey. HIGHLY recommended.
