Could be a great platform some tips for customer service or buyers

Buyers, pick a store that has consistent good feedback and high level stores, contact the sellers first if they don't respond, search for a responsive seller. Pay with creditcard, since customer service makes you go to a process that clearly is forcing people to contact them through facebook just do it within the app like any big platform, its that easy. Customer service is a hassle HOWEVER, you can contact them on facebook and yes they resolve it it's a weird process, they should see that if a seller doesn't respond for say 2 weeks, just grant the refund, don't drag it along and waste time. They should ban sellers that do not bother to sent or don't respond force your sellers to respond within say a week than do auto refund everything better than what you do now. Overall after 2 months I had some great sellers very active but only the ones that respond quickly and answer any questions asked, the others should be kicked off. All over 3 stars but only after some trial and error, which shouldn't be the case in the first place. The last 2 sellers made up for the time wasting energy consuming experiences, but for the ones paying with creditcard it's easy to speed up the process, wish it would be differently but it is what it is, hopefully this will change since this can use a lot of improvements. Just give up the facebook stuff and help your customers within the app itself and make the refund process easier. Also when a buy goes wrong let people leave negative feedback for those buyers who clearly don't care so people can skip them instead of leaving them hanging in the dark.
