Sold me a voucher code that doesn't work
I got a Buyagift voucher for a 12 month glossybox subscription, but the voucher is not redeemable on the website. I have gone in circles with customer services for over a month now, and they are not taking ownership for making sure I get what I paid for. I have reported them to Buyagift but for anybody else - there is no way to redeem your voucher. Don't buy a voucher from this site. Edit: you'll see a response from the company saying they are reaching out to help. It's 19th Feb and they haven't attempted to contact me.
