Generally a fantastic app/site for checking out what shows are on and getting good deals easily. Good selection of shows available and not too heavy on the marketing emails. When tickets are issued via TodayTix app everything is easy and smooth, however if getting tickets direct from venue the messaging / communication on how tickets will be received or need to be collected could be improved - especially for ‘lottery’ tickets. Saying that, at least there were quick responses on their chatbot ( though if you get stuck submitting your country, go via the browser to chat). Will definitely continue to use, a few tweaks could get them 5/5.
