I wish I could remember who the tech was…
I wish I could remember the young ladies name from the CHAT support but she was absolutely wonderful! She knew her stuff and never gave any indication she she didn't! At first I was upset I wasn't able to speak to someone on the phone, but she definitely made it so easy to understand and very specific questions for me. She totally deserves some kudos!!!
