defective batteries, no resolution from company
I bought two 230AH LIPO4 batteries for my camper van... only started using them April 2025.. they are now suddenly losing 40%capacity. I've had my system professionally checked and there are no other issues. The batteries go from 40% on my Renogy monitor... and suddenly drop to 0% with no warning. Which then forces me to drive for minimum 3 hours to get them back up even half way. They should be 100% covered under warranty. Customer service phone number, nobody answers. Customer service email is some lady named 'Kandy'... who has given me the runaround for over a month now. WHAT A NIGHTMARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
