Hover balance board .
I ordered an item for my son for Christmas a hover board . I was told it would be processed and shipped within 72 hours . While checking my account after 72 hours I was told they didn’t have the colour I requested . And would I pay extra to have it from one of their English companies and it will be shipped within a few days , I declined to pay extra and advised them to send whichever colour they gave in stock , so I waited and waited to find it had not been dispatched after 30 e mails over the course of 4 weeks where I was told by someone called Eric that for me to be patient and It t will be with you soon . This went on for over a month to finally instructing pay pal and my bank to get a refund . To hey presto 3 days later it arrived . The product itself is brilliant and for the amount I paid I van say it’s the best deal I have seen on the net for the price it was selling . But sadly their customer service was appalling and it has put me off buying off this company again . Luckily I do not have to respond to Eric again ..
