Wonderful customer service
I made two different orders, the first one was delivered really quickly but the strap didn’t have a comfortable and secure fastening, so I ordered a different second one magnetic that was lost by the courier during the delivery (delivered to the wrong address). After having provided evidence of the incorrect delivery, Nicole of the Nava Bands customer service sent me another one in some days, so five stars to her for the excellent and accurate service
