I had a problem with editing my documents. After one week of waiting for support, I finally got a tech support that help me solve my issue. Ms Lisa S did an excellent job in calming me down and working with me to a successful completion. I think the support function would be more effective with clients if a support tech was assigned to client with an email response at initial request.
