My wife and I were looking for a simple and easy process for creating our estate planning but we didn’t want to spend the money for an attorney/law firm to create those documents on our behalf.
We have a fairly simple and straightforward estate plan and decided to use an online estate planning service.
After doing my research, I found that Trust and Will are a highly rated and reputable online company for estate planning. Their fees are very reasonable and even offer discounts for couples doing a “reciprocal” will. I found the entire online process to be very simple and straightforward. The questions were easy to answer and made our estate planning process so much easier.

Trust and Will has been wonderful. Since the beginning of making up my Will, they have been there to answer any questions I had in a timely fashion. The online Will is really quite easy but extensive and covers questions for you to answer that you didn’t even think about. They guide you step by step. It was very easy to walk through all the steps and I am so pleased at the final product. I wanted to complete my last step of noting the date of the notary and witnesses and I was unable log onto my account. After much anxiety on my part, the staff was able to find the issue. I thought I had been hacked but I mistyped my email address. Once they had discovered it they were able to clear up my mistake. Lisa was very kind and understood my terror. We needed to update our wills, durable power of attorneys and health directives. I was able to do this for my wife and myself very easily using my iPad! I printed off the documents and got them notarized today. No attorney needed! Highly recommended!
