I would not recommend Trust & Will based on my experience as a mobile notary who completed signings for their customers. The notary performs the travel, printing, scheduling, and document execution, yet when payment disputes arise, neither Trust & Will nor its vendor, Mobile Notary Zone, provides meaningful assistance. In my case, I have been dealing with non-payment issues and concerns regarding inaccurate tax reporting, with no satisfactory resolution despite repeated efforts. I contacted Trust & Will support team multiple times via email (No response till date) and also reported the issue through Snapdocs. Each time, I was directed back to Mobile Notary Zone, even after Trust & Will became aware of the vendor’s payment problems. What was particularly disappointing is that one of the customers whose signing I completed contacted Trust & Will after learning about the payment dispute. According to the customer, they were advised to stay out of the matter rather than helping facilitate a resolution. Trust & Will’s response is that Mobile Notary Zone was responsible for payment and that they eventually terminated the vendor relationship. While that may be true, it does not change the fact that notaries who completed work for Trust & Will customers were left unpaid and unsupported. The issue is not who writes the check; it is accountability for the vendors chosen to represent the company’s brand and serve its customers. A properly executed estate plan depends on the professionals involved in the process. When those professionals are not paid properly or supported when issues arise, it reflects poorly on the overall service experience. My recommendation is to work with an experienced estate planning attorney who remains accountable throughout the entire process. Trust & Will should take a more active role in ensuring that vendors are paid correctly, tax reporting is accurate, and legitimate disputes are addressed professionally.

To provide context for anyone reading this review: Trust & Will partners with third-party service providers to offer notarization and witnessing services. Payment for those services is handled directly by the notary service provider, not by Trust & Will. We do not set notary compensation or process notary payments. When we became aware that notaries were experiencing payment issues with this vendor, we took action. We reached out to the vendor repeatedly, escalated the matter through our legal team, and ultimately ended the partnership. We also provided affected notaries with the vendor's contact information and guidance on steps they can take to pursue resolution, including through the IRS and small claims court. Regarding our members: Our members are not parties to vendor payment disputes, and involving them would not be appropriate. We take the quality and integrity of our service seriously, which is why we acted when this vendor failed to meet its obligations. Sketchy. Attempted to speak with customer service. AI answers and says it's connecting and then nothing. No sound at all. Stayed on the line for 15 minutes and silence. Can't get a hold of anyone. Tried multiple times. Also, tried emailing support. AI response initially then nothing more after they asked for more information. Crickets.

Provided a Verification of Death from Coroners Office and sled for access to will since I am the defined contact. They refused to provide access and forced a choice of how to handle loved ones remains without regard to instructions or will. No one answers phone, just a chat bot and voice message to email them.

Great Experience! I do have one feedback for the distribution part on the specific gift. There is no "Note Field" when clicking "Cash Value" category or any other. I would highly recommend to have your IT Department to fix this error. The same goes with the Charitable portion. It's missing the note field. I believe the note field would help to avoid ambiguity in the living trust. Have a great day!

We are a thirty year customer of QVC. We trust them immensely and bought the Will/Trust from them as a TSV. We had a Will done several years ago through an attorney. But things change and we wanted to update and have a new Will. Yes, it’s a tough subject to deal with but you made it so easy! Step by step instructions and help immediately if you need it! It arrived at our home beautifully printed and prepared exactly as we hoped for! We’ve tucked it away safely, and we don’t have to think about it for now. I used Trust & Will to create my estate planning documents and found the process simple and user-friendly. The questionnaires were easy to follow, and the explanations helped clarify complicated topics. It was a convenient way to complete important documents from home and at my own pace. For more complicated estates, an attorney review may still be helpful, but for a basic estate plan, I thought it was a very good option.

I was hesitant to start this process because, like most people, I didn't exactly look forward to putting together a last will and testament. I already had my wishes drafted in a Word document, but I wanted to make everything legally official. The customer service representatives were incredibly helpful and always available to answer my questions. Even when I ran into a major headache with FedEx, the team was right there with me. (FedEx is why I didn’t give this 5 stars) My only gripe actually had nothing to do with Trust & Will itself. FedEx struggled to deliver the documents to my condo in the city. Trust & Will was extremely responsive, even reshipping the package. When that didn’t work, Trust & Will resolved the issue on their side. If you need to finalize your documents, check with your local financial institutions! My credit union notarized my documents and provided two witnesses on hand for free. Many banks offer this service to their members, you can often just walk in and get it done. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who has been on the fence about tackling this task. A huge thank you to Ashley, Grace, and Taylor for being so supportive; y'all definitely made this a less stressful experience!
