Sketchy
Sketchy. Attempted to speak with customer service. AI answers and says it's connecting and then nothing. No sound at all. Stayed on the line for 15 minutes and silence. Can't get a hold of anyone. Tried multiple times. Also, tried emailing support. AI response initially then nothing more after they asked for more information. Crickets.
