The process was very easy to go through. There are checks along the way to keep you moving and insuring you can check what you entered. The prompts were very intuitive making the process simple. We are so hlas we did this. We even had the option to jave it printed and sent to us. Our will arrived in a nice folder with tabs for each of the different documents. All in all, a great experience.

I wanted 2nd shipment of my documents set at no cost. I was transferred to Kel W. She was very responsive... She understood my situation in few chats... She obliged me and offered refund as soon as I finish my order.
And what a surprise!!!
Before even I close my browser Refund email was in my Inbox.
Also she was extremely patient person to hold till I go to my PC, Log in, Order, Finish Payment etc...

I am pretty good with software but still ran into glitches in the Trust and Will, basic documents for setting up a will and my children. I contacted Support and got the "clear your cache" and other basics. They then gave me "work-arounds" for a problem they know they have and when that failed, I was referred to "Tech Support". All I ever heard were crickets. Never a word back. I gave up. $400 wasted.
