Had a problem with my heater… I contacted the support team who replied promptly with some suggestions on how to correct the problem and a request for some info and a video which I provided shortly after. Again, a very prompt response agreeing there was a fault and a replacement was arranged. I was told it Would take a couple of days and I received a message saying it had been dispatched any It arrived the same day. Fantastic customer service from Emma throughout with prompt responses and a quick resolution - never used Hygger before but after this experience would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others - occasionally things go wrong - I think the measure of a company is how a problem is resolved and I have to say I couldn’t have asked for better
