Unsolicited spam
I run music gigs. I received an email from Gainrep out of the blue asking me to "endorse" a particular musician. I had no idea what this was supposed to mean. I ignored it. Then I received another email asking me to endorse the same musician. There was a great big box to click on to "endorse", and a tiny little link to click on to "unsubscribe". I have never subscribed to Gainrep and had never even heard of them before this. So I have had to unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to in the first place. I strongly object to receiving this kind of unsolicited email, which is an invasion of privacy, a waste of my time and basically spam.
