As overseas British Citizens living in…New Zealand
As overseas British Citizens living in New Zealand and time to renew our British Passports not a clue how to go about it but fortunately when we applied to renew the passports via UK Passports our consultant was Robyn and we really appreciated her professionalism in assisting us ( being Seniors) things have changed since our last Passports but Robyn guided us and made what was possibly a bit stressful for us much easier so big thanks to Robyn. The Couriers pick up the old passports documents etc and about two weeks later our new Passports arrived then quickly followed by the old passports and documents by courier to our address. We would certainly recommend UK Abroad
