Support were really good when I had a problem
My original Gameboy looks fantastic, was well packaged etc., and looks great on my wall. I actually had a problem with my delivery and thought to myself "well there goes £200, and it's the other side of the world, I'm stuffed". I wrote to Grid studios support email and actually in very little time Joe resolved my problem and I was really happy with the solution. I am about to order the Game Gear to go with it.
