order ID - SG0288837721G. placed order in Dec, the team said the product should arrive by mid Jan. now I keep getting updates stating that my order is delayed (no specific date provided). As an e-commerce site, estimating delivery date should be a standard. Now I'm wondering if this is actually a scam!
