Attention to detail needs improvement.
I originally emailed to get an order started on 1/16. In the email, I included all of my project details and the timeline information for my order. I did get a response quickly from Lizette, but she continuously failed to answer all of my questions in order for me to get an order placed. There was always a response, but never one that didn't require me to again reiterate my needs for clarification. Ultimately, her lack of attention to detail and poor communication has forced me to take my business elsewhere.
