Reply to yoins: I have no emails from you, other than the one responding to my inquiries. AND YES, trash email was all checked first. Also, you say in stock items are sent first, but NOTHING was sent. My money has been debited over a month with no action until I began asking questions so your response makes no sense. Thank you for the refund, let's hope this actually happens as promised..... have just had thesame experience as Amy below. My money has been debited for over a month, but no items have even shipped. After sending inquiries, finally got an email today that 2 out of the 8 items I ordered are out of stock, and to please click on a button to tell them what I want to do. Every time I try to hit refund, it says it's not working. Also...what about my other 6 items Yoins? Why haven't they shipped? I have tried click to chat and it keeps knocking me out. Thinking this site is a scam
