Prompt delivery, good customer service
Product arrived promptly and was well-packaged. Unfortunately there was a part missing but that is the manufacturer's fault. The one good thing to come out of it is that I was able to experience customer service for myself. I dealt with Mona and she was very responsive and helpful and resolved the problem with no fuss.
