Bought a €500 washing machine 4 yrs ago had a drum issue over a year ago they fobbed me off with a drum balancing call , Drum bearing has failed which was the issue a year ago, customer service like a broken record outside warranty nothing we can do about it…. Completely unacceptable DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG absolute rubbish
