I ordered a bracelet and when it came was the wrong size...I contacted customer service and was helped by Tashi...she/he was very helpful...couldn't order the same bracelet as there were no more left but I was able to order a different one that is better than the one I initially ordered...company was very helpful and extremely polite...Tashi was the BEST...thank you so much for what turned out to be a nice experience...I will shop at this company again...special thanks to Tashi...
