Missing contacts and money
I placed an order a week ago knowing their offices didn't reopen until the 10th. I received an email about my order saying the payment couldn't go through even though my credit card has already been charged for the contacts. Now when I log into my account the order doesn't even show up on my page and I have yet to receive a response from them. I paid extra for 3-4 shipping and I have an event coming up this weekend and now i'm out $40 and have no contacts.
