Refund
I purchased heat brush and dry spray , neither of which worked for me. The brush was too heavy and thick to handle. Contacted BB customer service, couldn’t fault them, once items were returned refund in account within a few days. Five stars ⭐️ to them, just fantastic service, wish other companies were as competent and efficient. Thanks a million .
