Alright retailer - just be aware of the narrow window for returns / exchanges
I have purchased two items from this retailer and was pleased with the quality of the goods and communication received, but can't recommend them due to their restrictive and inflexible returns policy (a meagre seven days, which I missed due to work, illness, and all the wonderful pressures of wedding planning). They did offer $10 off my next order but, unfortunately, I have lost confidence that any future issues would be resolved in an acceptable manner, and will therefore be sourcing the item elsewhere.
