Jan 15th - I am happy and pleased that JJSHouse is more than willing to help with the return of the item that did not fit with a full refund. I'm hoping that it was just a new rookie in the returns that didn't understand the progress. Thank you JJS for being more customer service friendly and helping with this refund. Now I can go find a new dress for the wedding that is just a month away. product might be nice but it is don't fit they will not take it back. They offer you a 40% refund and you keep the dress. Their website states easy returns/refund not true. So now you have an outfit that does not fit, you are out 60% of your cost. Why would anyone order from them. I wish I would have read more reviews on them. They have no customer service … period
