Refusal of refund!
I have had an account with MyPostcard for a few years, got an email saying as I have not used for a while the account would be closed. I requested a refund of the account balance, was told they will NOT refund any money. I emailed back to say this was not acceptable, the reply was "your support case has now been closed". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO LOSE ANY UNUSED CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!
