I placed an international order with Fashion Chingu and paid €80 via iDEAL. Unfortunately, I never received my order. The parcel was returned to the seller during the customs process. I was never contacted by customs or the courier, nor was I provided with any reference number or instructions that would have allowed me to take action. The seller later confirmed that the item was returned and is now back in their possession. Despite the fact that I did not receive the product and the seller has the item back, Fashion Chingu refused to issue a full refund to the original payment method. Instead, they only offered a partial refund or alternative solutions such as reshipment or store credit, which I declined. I find it unreasonable that a customer is held financially responsible for customs or return issues when the item was never delivered. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering internationally from this store.
