Agoda does not check the hotel photos
Agoda does not check how old/recent photos are. On a few occasions i have arrived and the picture on Agoda website are about 15 years old and the places were run down & disgusting. Also twice i have been charged extra by the hotel as they claim the prices do not include tourist tax. If you ever make a complaint about the hote/charges Agoda simply ask the venue would they give a refund, they reply 'no' and Agoda say its your problem not theirs. Overall they're not very good but its probably the same with most companies.
